Xtiitch is deliberately simple. Set it up once, then run every order from one dashboard while your customers follow along.
Set up your store
Add your name, logo and colours, then switch on only what fits how you work — bespoke, measurements, customisation, collections, delivery.
Add designs and sizes
Upload designs with photos and prices, set up your own size bands and charts, and group designs into collections if you use them.
Share your links
Post a single design or a whole collection to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. Customers can browse with no account needed.
Receive orders and take payment
Standard orders are paid in full at checkout. Custom orders are confirmed with a deposit, and the balance is settled your way.
Move work through the stages
Advance each order through your production stages. The customer’s red/yellow/green view updates automatically.
Watch your takings
Sales through Xtiitch record themselves; log offline takings by hand. See an honest picture of money coming in, all in one place.
Confirming and paying
Standard orders pay in full. Custom orders take a deposit.
The rule that keeps custom work honest without Xtiitch ever holding your money.
Standard order — the customer fits one of your size bands and takes the design as shown. The price is known, so it’s paid in full at checkout.
Custom order — measurements or changes mean the full price isn’t known yet, so a deposit confirms the order instead.
The deposit defaults to GHS 1, can be set higher per store or per design, and never goes below GHS 1. It counts towards the final price.
Come to the shop to be measured? No deposit is taken — the order is simply placed and money is arranged directly with you.

One simple signal, whatever stages you use
Behind the scenes you can add, rename or reorder your production stages. The customer always sees the same plain red, yellow or green.
